Media Center TomTom software acts as a true entertainment center containing MP3 player, picture viewer with thumbnail preview and a video player which allows playback of pre-converted video files. The bundled conversion tool facilitates converting TomTom video content in various formats.

The conversion options include batch compression, video quality and size tuning, subtitles, cropping, test conversion, and default audio level boosting.

The compressed TomTom movie file can be played back from the flash memory card or from the built-in hard disk.

The conversion software runs under Windows OS (XP/2000/2003). The software converts TomTom video content (AVI, MPEG1, MPEG4, DivX, XVID, DVD) to MPEG4. The converted content is uploaded on TomTom movie devices via the USB connection or a SD card reader.
